Don't know if any of the other users here use postnuke, but I'm trying to get help whereever I can now. I've posted this over at another Christian webmaster's board I'm part of as well.
I've tried to get help over at the postnuke.com forums at this thread:

I did an upgrade Friday night and Saturday, and everything was working fine till Saturday night when a reoccurring problem showed up from before the upgrade.
It now appears the reoccurring problem is code or database related. I've tried the fixes given in the tutorial I link to in my second post in the thread above, even tried again tonight. But no go.
The crazy thing is that whatever is causing the problem usually fixes itself within 48hours of the problem occurring. But I want to prevent it from every happening again.
After reading through my thread above, can anyone here offer any assistance?
