What do I do now?
It depends, if you purchase your hosting directly through AlphaOne Technology or Webs 4 Christ, you will need to email customer_service@alphaone-tech.com and give them your domain name, user name and the password you are trying to use. If you purchase hosting services through one of our resellers or one of our dedicated server clients, you will need to follow their procedures for contacting them. Remember, user names AND passwords are case sensitive. peace Wolf |
