Implementation of New Member Center

AlphaOne Technology has begun implementation of a new Member Center that will replace our Ordering, Customer Service & Technical Support Areas. This new application will allow us to integrate all of the features of our Customer Access Panel, along with adding the ability to allow our customers to view their account billing, order hosting plans, upgrade existing plans & submit requests to tech support, customer service and billing all in one place.

We anticipate rolling out this new center within the next 5-6 weeks. Please bear with us during this time. Except for technical support, which will continue to operate as normal, all of our team members will be involved in this conversion. If you require assistance from customer service, billing or sales, please expect responses to take a little bit longer. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. But in order to serve our increasing number of clients at the same high level as we have for the past several years, this upgrade is necessary.
