In order to set up outlook you will go into Tools - EMail Accounts - Add a New E-Mail Account. You will then get a screen that looks like the image below.
Your account access e-mail contains all the information you need about what SMTP and POP mail servers your account will use. Both of these settings are ALWAYS mail.yourdomain.name - in the example it is mail.alphaone-tech.com.
The login name will ALWAYS be the email user name @ domain name. You MUST include your full email address here.
Once you have completed these fields you will click on the MORE SETTINGS button

Once in "More Settings" you will complete your name, etc. information in the General Tab and then go to the Outgoing Server Tab.
There you will click "My Outgoing Server Requires Authentication" and hit OK.
It will then take you back to the first screen and if you select "Test Account Settings" it will test to make sure you have them correct. Once done, hit Next, then Finish and you are done.
