By now if you have an account on Omega 1 AND you have made sure to keep a valid email address as your CPanel contact, you will have received an email from our Customer Service on approximately when we expect to be moving your site. Be forewarned that the times are optimistic and we are also working around the times when the data center is planning on upgrading some of their network.
Once we have moved you and have tested that your domain resolves correctly, you will receive an email letting you know it has been done and informing you if we had to make any changes to your CPanel password, etc. When you get that email PLEASE check your website as soon as possible to make sure everything is functioning properly. We will only be holding your old accounts on the old server for a WEEK.
If you have any questions, we are trying to make arrangements to staff a "server move" chat area. This will be on the Customer Access Panel and is ONLY for questions regarding the move. It will be better for you, (and others), to ask any questions you can here in this forum so everyone will benefit from the response.
