Before you can upload images to your SohoLaunch site, the /images directory has to be set to the correct permissions.
There are 3 types of permission, (Read, Write, Execute), for each of the following: Owner Group Public
All 3 levels of permission have to be given for each of these.
This translates into a permission level of 777
You can change the permission levels on the /images directory in two ways
Via FTP Using your FTP program to go to your site, find the images directory, (in most cases directly under public_html. With most FTP applications, if you highlight the name of the directory and right click, you wll see an option called CHMOD or PERMISSIONS. This is what you will select to set the permission level for the images directory.
Via File Manager In your CPanel, select File Manager Find the images directory & click on the directory name You will then see an option in the upper right hand side that says Change Permissions Click on Change Permissions and change the permissions to 777.
