To access the Shopping Cart Module, click “Shopping Cart” from the main menu (Module Features Group). Each area of your eCommerce system is managed through the sections linked to on the Shopping Cart Module’s main screen (Shopping Cart Menu). If you have not yet created categories, you will see, in lieu of the normal Shopping Cart Menu buttons, a Notice advising you to do so.
First and foremost, you must assign categories to your shopping cart system in order to classify your products for your site visitors. Clicking the “Categories” options on the top navigation bar will open the category setup form. You may enter up to 20 different categories for your products.
It is important to note that your categories will appear in the order in which they are entered from 1-20, so if you wish to alphabetize the category names, you must do so manually.
When you have completed your category setup, click the “Save Categories” button to save your categories, and return to the Shopping Cart Menu, where all available buttons should now be displayed.
