Drupal Upgrade in Fantastico

In the past 10 days we have gotten 4 people who have attempted an upgrade of Drupal using Fantastico.  Each of them has had serious problems restoring their site to be operational.

This doesn't JUST apply to Drupal, but everyone should be forewarned:

1) If you have added modules, hacks, components or other modifications to the original application in MOST cases it can NOT be auto upgraded.  You will have to consult the author's website for instructions on upgrading modified installations.
2) ALWAYS use CPanel to backup your site AND MySQL databases before doing any type of upgrade.
