Create E-Mail Account in CPanel BEFORE sending mail!

This seems to be becoming a more frequent problem, and we do have this noted in our new user e-mails, but in case someone missed it...

In order to send AND receive mail through your domain you must first create an email account.  Your Cpanel user name is listed as the default account, BUT it can not receive emails.  This is a system email box ONLY.
