The first link that I click on for Mambo Tutorials -- Installation tells me that "You are not authorized to view this resource. You need to login." I went to this tutorial site through my CPanel. Is there somewhere else that I need to login?

That link takes you to the mambo tutorial site. I clicked it. I think they changed their policy so you have to register to see the tutorials. Click home from that page and create an account.
