WHM Security Update Causes Issues

An update to WHM that occured late night on Wed., Sept. 14, resulted in all accounts created between 1am Sept 15 and 4am Sept 16 to have improper permissions.  This resulted in new accounts receiving a 403 error code when attempting HHTP access to their sites.

A new release of WHM fixed that problem and we went back in and fixed permissions on all accounts that seemed to have been affected.  If any resellers have new accounts that are experiencing this difficulty, please e-mail us at customer_service@alphaone-tech.com with details.
