We use phpwebsite for our website. I would like to upload a file in the Documents module. I have uploaded a pdf file in the past, and now I want to upload a mp3 file.
I get the error message "There was a problem uploading the specified file."
Don't know what the problem was, nor do I know how to correct the problem so I can upload the file.
We have plenty of speed to upload the file (we have a 30M fibre connection to the internet). We also have available space on our web site (10M). Our mp3 file is only 3.3M.
Any ideas

I don't know PhpWebsite that well but I would check your admin settings and make sure the extension for the file name is listed among the allowed uploads by phpwebsite.

That's the problem. There is no where in phpwebsite where an admin can set to allow or deny any type of filetype. So, I was wondering if it could be another reason (other than phpwebsite)?

No it is definitely a phpwebsite permission problem. to confirm this, log in to your account with your FTP application and upload the file.
