We will be unveiling our new support center in the next couple of weeks. It is located at http://www.alphaone-tech.com/tech-support/. Right now we are moving over all 200+ FAQ articles from the old support center knowledgebase to the new one. Once that is done, we will be entering any customers who are not in our new billing system, into the billing system and you will then be using your billing system email login to log in to the new support center.

The new support center is officially open. For the next 2-3 days we will keep both support centers active. In the new support center your login will be the SAME email address as the login you have for our billing/ordering system. Initially, until everyone is comfortable with the new logins, we are allowing anyone to register to create a ticket. Also, you will be able to handle some of your tickets via e-mail, which will make things easier for you. After completing a ticket in the support center, any additional information can be added to the ticket via email. In addition, we have added articles to the knowledgebase and will soon be hooking the tutorials right in to the support center. the only down side of the new support center is that it is hosted on our Phoenix server. The old support center was hosted in a separate data center which meant that if any of our servers was down it could still be accessed. But the added functionality and ease of use made this new software a more viable option for all of our customers. The new support center is at http://www.alphaone-tech.com/tech-support
