list products in password protected section

I have created a pass protected section for a B2B, (wholesale) section on my site. Now I would like to create the pages to house the products that are for this purpose.
In other words; registered customers should be able to access the pages where the products they would be interested in are listed at the wholesale prices. And be able to buy them.
Please give your answers in plain English for a very newby. Thanks.

In order to give you any suggestions we would need to know what software you are using for your e-commerce.  Some e-com software allows you to assign users to groups and have certain products only available to that group.  Other software requires you to create a 2nd store and call that store only from your secured pages.
