Joomla Site is down

I have a Joomla installation at http://www.fishingwithanet.net/web-hosting-design/index.php . When I went to the site today, I got the following error

Parse error: parse error, unexpected T_CONSTANT_ENCAPSED_STRING in /home/tomkate/public_html/web-hosting-design/components/com_sef/sef.php on line 38

I tried to log into the administrator http://www.fishingwithanet.net/web-hosting-design/administrator/index.php and I got the login screen, but when I logged in, I got this error

Parse error: parse error, unexpected $ in /home/tomkate/public_html/web-hosting-design/mambots/editors/mosce.php on line 183

I do not have a clue as to what I should do now.

Recently, a few days ago, I installed the component 404sef-PR-1 which rewrites urls for SEO. I have been in and out of the site several times since then, and everything seemed to be working fine, but this component may be the culprit. Nevertheless, I still do not know how to approach the problem.
