If you want to upgrade from your current plan, please log in to our Billing Center at https://www.alphaone-tech.com/order/. Once you are logged in, go to My Sites, then My Packages. Click the package you wish to upgrade and then click the radio button next to Change the Existing Base Package Above to a NEW Base Package.

You will then be able to select a plan to upgrade to. Please note that the dollar value displayed is the full price for the billing cycle you are currently on. This is NOT what you will be charged. You will be charged the difference between the cost of the old plan and the cost of the new plan prorated based on the time remaining in the plan.
