Running SpamAssassin before BoxTrapper

Our Email team tells me that BoxTrapper (if enabled) runs before SpamAssassin.  They (our Email Team) were wondering if SpamAssassin could be run before BoxTrapper.  Many of our members (and mailbox owners) prefer to have the items marked SPAM dumped before they ever see them while others want to see all SPAM and let their Email client figure out what to do.
If SpamAssassin were run first my Email team tells me that BoxTrapper could be configure to read the mail Subject line to look for the [SPAM] modification and then treat the Email before the receiver ever gets it in his/her mailbox.  Quite a few of our members are still on dialup and they are shocked at the number of SPAM emails coming through and want us to see if we can find a way to filter them out before they see them.
