Phoenix Server Hardware Diagnostics Downtime Window!!!

Our data center team suspects we have a hardware problem on the Phoenix server.  In order to run diagnostics, they will be bringing the Phoenix server down sometime between 2am - 6am CDT tomorrow morning, Tuesday, June 11, 2006.  Because our customer support center, forums and AlphaOne Technology websites are on this server, you will NOT have access to tech support or forums during the downtime.

We apologize for the inconvenience, but chose to take preventative measures rather than risk unexpected and longer downtime in the event the hardware we are concerned about does fail.
