How long has the server been down?
Cannot get into Cpanel or website.

the server you have been on has not had even a MINUTE of downtime in the past 45 days. Every time you cant get to your site you immediately ASSUME it is the server. 99% of the time you have complained, it has been on your ISPs end. Perhaps it is time to switch ISPs?
Or perhaps, if you can not get to your site, you should try running a traceroute to see where it is failing? Or at the very least contact support through the support center - not relying on user forums which are not monitored 24/7.
