Please investigate!

Can someone tell me what happened, my website was running beautifully no issues now i cannot gain access to cpanel, my joomla admin.

This is the error message in the backend using Firefox

As I understand it, tech support and the sysadmin spent over an hour trying to reproduce the error messages and can not seem to do so.  Since we can not reproduce it and have had no other customers on the Omega 2 server notify us that they had the same problems at some point, we have no way of knowing what the issue was.
