iam looking at acehelpdesk.com helpdesk system for one of my sites . they come highly recommended from my circle of my webmaster friends . anyone had any experiences with them ? . how good are they . their demo looks quite nice . please do let me know

We looked at them briefly before choosing Kayako. Seemed like a good program. The only complaints we had were the high server overhead compared to kayako. And, for us, the lack of integration with modernbill.
