Can I use Cpanel before my DNS transfer resolves?

I am hoping to access Cpanel from the IP address that was given me. I have my own domains that I am now pointing at the AOT nameserves, but they haven't resolved here yet.

Is there a way to access the CPanel using the IP address? I can't seem to get it to work. I have my site FTPed here already, but without database access through Cpanel, I can't configure it.

I hope you got this question answered through our tech support center.  Its been dead in the boards here, (a good thing because that means everything is running very smoothly), and no one answered your question.

Yes you can access Cpanel and FTP and even access your site using the IP & user name info provided in your Login Information email.
