Hi,
I've got a reseller package with you. I use the space to do some of my 'own' sites as well as clients. On two of my sites (whychristmas.com and whyeaster.com) I've got php contact and 'tell a friend' forms.
They are set to send to an address on their own domains. Those addresses are forwarders pointed to my main mail account on the master reseller domain (jpc-design.com).
Suddenly I can no longer receive emails from the forms. I've tried changing the forms to send direct to the main address but still nothing. The email forwarders are working ok as I can send 'normal' emails to the forwarder addresses and they route through fine. And the forms are sending ok as if I change the send email address to my gmail account they come through fine!!!
So this is a really strange problem! The forms were working ok 10 days ago (that's the last time I recived an email on them). I've also tried with a 'wordpress' contact form and to gmail fine, my reseller domains nothing!
Please can you help?! To my knowledge I've changed nothing. I'm also wondering if this is also effecting my clients?!
Thanks, james

Hi James
I hope you placed a ticket to the support center on this one!
We have all been super busy here with ading an additional server, moving some accounts etc. so no one has checked the support forums for about a week.
Is this still an issue with you?
peace
Wolf

Hi Wolf,
Things do have seem to have sorted themselves out... Do you think it was something to do with the new server and moving things?
Would you like me to raise a ticket to make it 'official', even though it seems to be fixed?!
Thanks,
James
