Because there have been so many users on Phoenix who have had run away processes, we have decided to bite the bullet and implement phpsuexec on the server.
This will be a royal pain for you and for us - but it will be temporary.
When phpsuexec is installed, several applications may stop responding. Do NOT be alarmed. The 'fix' is simple and will take you all of 5 minutes per application.
1. When you receive an error message, note the file path, (such as
http://domain/directory1/directory2/index.php, or /home2/username/public_html/directory1/directory2/index.php)
2. upload the file attached here (php.ini) into that directory
3. Try accessing the program that errored out again and 99% of the time this will fix the problem.
4. If it does NOT, please put in a support ticket which includes the full path to the error at
