Spammer on Acts

A new account was set up on the Acts server last week.  Unfortunately this person was a spammer and not only did they clog up the mail server with over 30,000 emails before our automated spam cop shut them down, about 2,000 of those emails got out and caused the Acts server to be blacklisted by AOL, Comcast, Verizon and SpamcopBL.  We have changed the IP address for the mail server for Acts and that will solve that problem.
