"I have to admit I left you guys to go to
<name withheld> hosting 3 months ago. They promised so much more that I
thought it was a better deal. That 'better deal' turned out to be
extremely slow loading websites, 45 minute hold times for the 'telephone
support' (which then disconnected on me), and one of my domains being
shut down without notice because it used "too much" of the computer.
I came back and you all have been great - even helping me figure out how

online website builder before. But my mom needed a storefront to sell
her crafts and I didn't have time to spend creating it from scratch.
When I saw that your web site builder had a built in shopping cart I decided
to give it a try. (I've never seen one of these with shopping and all the
other features anywhere else!) I'll tell you what! I had her
whole site designed and her shopping cart configured with paypal in less
than 2 HOURS! This would have taken me weeks to do without your
website building program. I'm sold! As soon as my hosting

time figuring out how to publish the site with FTP. I filled out a ticket
and in less than 20 minutes Mike wrote and gave me a link to a trial FTP
program & FTP tutorials and explained where the HTML files needed to go.

I can not count the number of web hosting companies that I
have used over the years. You got to remember...I have been online 24/7
since 1982. Some of the hosting company owners got their start because of
me. It is very hard to decide on a hosting company.
One hosting company never made an improvement and their support
person must have been in Hong Kong. He never knew what was going on or how
to fix it. One hosting company objected to a link on my web
site. They objected to a link that went to a friends site and he
had a link that went to a nudist site and their was one photo of a couple
and you could see some of her breasts. They told me I had to remove
the link and I removed them instead. I have
seen everything.. I want to now recommend the best hosting site
for you. Take my word for it.
The company is: Alpha-One
The number one reason is SUPPORT. The support is fast and
personal. They will do everything they can to help you and fix anything
you need taken care of ..you will NOT find better support. The number one
thing you want from a hosting company is good support. Alpha-One gives you
the BEST.
The price and the services are also tops. You will not
find better. It is hard to make a choice often..because.. price and
services maybe about the same. So you need to take the word of someone
that knows and has used the
service. Alpha-One is number one.

"I just am learning to put up my website and was pretty
confused. Chris spent a lot of time in chat with me yesterday explaining to
me how to name files and why I really shouldn't use microsoft publisher to
build a website. I'm using the trial version of Dreamweaver now and
working with one of the great free templates offered here. I am still
stumbling and asking a lot of questions here and on the Dreamweaver site.
But thanks to Chris and Wolf being so patient and helping me fix my mistakes
my site should be open in no time.

Everyone said stick with big hosts because you get more for your money &

trained a couple of our volunteers to maintain our site for us. Through
their extraordinary features and their help with marketing, our small
church’s website was averaging over 1,000 visitors a month! I think our
site was only down one time and we have never had problems with slow
servers. Customer support has been incredible! These people are really
devoted to doing God’s work and the reduced pricing they gave us sure made
it possible for us to do things with our site we could never have done.
Right now we have taken an in-church complete redesign of our site and
hope to have it back online by spring. Even though we are doing the work
ourselves and really aren’t a customer right now, they have
graciously let us maintain our login to their huge resource area and have
even patiently answered many questions we have had about how to do parts
of our re-design. All of this at no charge to us! We will be a customer
again soon and I am pleased to be able to support other ministries through

was not maintained, it was boring and the hosting company we used was
often offline and would take weeks to answer any of our e-mails. AlphaOne began a complete redesign of our site and became our website host
in June. We LOVE our new site and they are even helping train our
staff in how to update it and how to be more Internet enabled. Much
of the work they have done on our site they didn't even charge us for.
Our e-mails are always answered within 24 hours and we have had no one
ever complain that our site was down. We still have a lot of work to

and we have been a little hard to work with because we didn’t know

us through the design project patiently and started designing and keeping
