Easy Installation
Other applications state NO TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE NEEDED, that is rubbish really - you still need to be able to work out what is going on. I would say to be safe you should understand the goings on of a web server and MySQL, and what server side code can do in that scenario.

However all we require is some knowledge of how to upload a database schema into your MySQL installation. This can be done very easily through PHPMyAdmin. At some point we will be providing an install program; but in some ways I think that takes away some of the flexibility of the software.

Php Support Tickets Administration
The administration section is secured through a username and password entered into the config file. We will be expanding this so that Multiple people can log in as different graded administrators. I.e. Some of your other staff who may be responsible for answering certain types of tickets.

Control all tickets sent in via the one log in. Create new user accounts or edit current ones.

Reply to tickets through the response section and an email will automatically be sent to the User who posted the ticket with a full history of the message thread.

Admin can see and view Attachmnets made by the User, and also add attachments to the replies. The Type of files allowed in configured within the config and is not limited.

Newly posted emails will also be emailed to the Admin email address, response by the User will also continue to be emailed with a full history of the message thread.

Php Support Tickets User Interface
Users can self register if this is made available by the Administrator. Otherwise use access is created by the Administrator within the admin section.

Users can add attachments such as Screenshots to there tickets for the Admins to view. An attatchment is unique to the post.
